How Bus Kitchen Leftovers Inspired a Complete Labeling System
Cooking in a compact bus kitchen taught us a hard lesson: unorganized leftovers lead to wasted food. Hand-tearing painter's tape and digging through drawers for a missing marker was frustrating when prepping meals in a tight space. We realized: Why fumble around with scattered supplies when you can keep tape, a writing platform, and a marker docked right on your fridge?
LABEL[it] was CAD-modeled onboard our 38-foot mobile studio to streamline kitchen organization. We engineered a built-in flat writing platform so you can date and label tape before pulling, paired with a clean cutting blade and a magnetic backing that sticks securely to your refrigerator door or sits flat on your counter.
